Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream Cake is easier to make than you think and is full of rich, decadent chocolate and peanut butter!

Ingredients

  • 1 brownie mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 48 oz chocolate peanut butter ice cream
  • 1 8 oz cool whip
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Empty brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in large bowl. Stir until well blended.
  3. Spray 9 inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  4. Spread mix into pan.
  5. Bake for 30-33 minutes.
  6. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. In the meantime soften ice cream.
  9. Spread on top of brownie layer.
  10. Refreeze for 1 hour.
  11. Spread on cool whip.
  12. Refreeze for 1 hour.
  13. Melt peanut butter in microwave for 30-45 seconds. Drizzle on top of cool whip.
  14. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  15. Refreeze until ready to serve!
  16. Remove side of springform pan.
  17. Cut and enjoy!
