Pear and Ginger Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts sliced in half
  • 2 cups turkey stock divided
  • 1 pear sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 6oz Oh My Yog! Gingered Pear
  • salt for taste
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • In large skillet on medium high heat add olive oil, onions and salt for taste. Allow to cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously.
  • Add brussels sprouts. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in 1 cup turkey stock and allow to continue to cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
  • Turn down heat to medium low and add cranberries, pears and 1 cup turkey stock. Cover.
  • Cook for 10 minutes. Remove lid and add heavy cream, Oh My Yog! Gingered Pear and fresh ginger. Stir till all flavors are incorporated.
  • Remove from heat and serve! ENJOY!
