Chocolate Raspberry Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1/3 sheet puff pastry thawed according to package
  • 1 pint raspberries washed
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flour your work space and roll out puff pastry, cut into 8 rectangles.
  • Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
  • In the meantime, add chocolate chips and heavy cream into a medium size bowl over a double boiler.
  • Stirring continuously melt chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • When tarts are ready, pipe ganache over pastry.
  • Top with 3 raspberries each.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and ENJOY!
