Cod Loins

edamame
shelled

carrots of choice
sliced

asparagus spears

teaspoon
Gomasio or salt

tablespoons
olive oil
1/2
head iceberg lettuce
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
Place cod, edamame, carrots, asparagus on baking tray.
Top with gomasio and olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Top on lettuce.
Serve and ENJOY!
