Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon cake mix
  • ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 ounce cream cheese

Instructions

  • Mix cake mix, oil, yogurt and water in mug.
  • Push into center cream cheese.
  • Microwave on high for 2 minutes and a half minutes.
  • Top with nonfat whipped cream and lemon zest. Serve and ENJOY!
