Ingredients

cup
lemon cake mix
½
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon
vanilla yogurt
3
tablespoons
water
1
ounce
cream cheese
Instructions
Mix cake mix, oil, yogurt and water in mug.
Push into center cream cheese.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes and a half minutes.
Top with nonfat whipped cream and lemon zest. Serve and ENJOY!
