Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 12 set EGGO® CINNA-TOAST™ CINNAMON ROLL
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Cut the EGGO® CINNA-TOAST™ CINNAMON ROLL into pieces and add to baking dish.
  • In separate bowl add eggs, milk and sugar. Whisk together till completely incorporated.
  • Pour over waffle pieces.
  • Top with chocolate chips and raspberries. Stir.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
