Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Dixie Crystals Sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 6 inch skillet with non stick spray. Set aside.
  • In large bowl add pumpkin, egg, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar. Mix well
  • Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
  • Stir in chocolate chips 
  • Place in skillet and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 15-20 mins or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
