Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 6 inch skillet with non stick spray. Set aside.
In large bowl add pumpkin, egg, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar. Mix well
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
Stir in chocolate chips
Place in skillet and spread out evenly.
Bake for 15-20 mins or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
