AIR FRYER POTATO WEDGES

INGREDIENTS • russet potatoes • extra virgin olive oil • garlic powder • paprika • salt

1. Wash potatoes to get rid of any dirt. DO NOT PEEL. 2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Place each half flat-side down and cut each wedge in half then cut in half again (lengthwise) giving you a total of eight wedges from each potato.

STEP 1

Place in bowl.

STEP 2

Next add extra virgin olive oil and using tongs toss the potatoes.

STEP 3

Then, add garlic powder and using tongs toss the potatoes.

STEP 4

Next, add paprika and using tongs toss the potatoes.

STEP 5

Add salt and using tongs toss the potatoes.

STEP 6

Place wedges on crisper tray or in basket.

STEP 7

Cook for 10 minutes at 400° F. Flip fries. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve warm
