Easy Instant Pot Turkey Ragù! Made with ground turkey, herbs and tomato sauce this pasta sauce comes together quickly with the instant pot!
You guys know how much we love our pasta around! We love simple and easy dinners, especially after a long day of work! The best thing about pasta is how versatile it is because you can basically use any kind of sauce to put on it!

This first time I made this sauce for you was when I made this classic homemade pasta sauce! I didn’t make the first version in the instant pot, but we make it all of the time this way.
We love using our instant pot! It’s seriously a life save. Not always on time, but definitely for making recipes that are hands off, which is what I am all about lately!
If you are looking for more turkey pasta, this leftover turkey pasta is perfect if you already have cooked turkey!
HOW TO MAKE INSTANT POT TURKEY RAGU!
Ingredients:
- a pound of ground turkey
- olive oil
- onions
- carrots
- celery
- unsalted tomato sauce
- garlic powder
- oregano
- rosemary
- basil
- salt
Directions:
- Turn instant pot on sauté. Add olive oil and onions. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add carrots and celery. Continue to sauté for 1 minute.
- Next, add ground turkey.
- Add in spices and stir.
- Stir in tomato sauce. Hit cancel.
- Hit manual button on instant pot and set for 15 minutes. Close lid. Make sure valve is set to seal position. (will take almost 10 minutes to come to pressure)
- When timer is done turn valve to quick release. (Watch out for hot steam)
- Open instant pot and stir.
- Serve over pasta and ENJOY!
Other uses:
Use this instant pot turkey ragu over rice or in a pasta bake!
You can also add some red pepper flakes to kick up the spice in the sauce.

- 8 ounces unsalted tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
