When it comes to grilling, you can definitely make a lot of different types of dishes. You could reach for a piece of salmon and make this salad, which just so happens to be one of my favorites in the summer. Cool and refreshing!
Next you could always go for the classics like steak! This grilled steak I topped with an aioli for a bright, mint flavor!
Also grilled shrimp skewers and grilled vegetable skewers never disappoint! Classics and a family favorite!
HOW TO MAKE GRILLED RANCH CHICKEN THIGHS!
Ingredients:
- Ranch Dressing. The star of the marinade. Creamy and zesty.
- Chicken Thighs. My preferred cut of chicken. Taste so tender.
- Fresh Sage. Adds a kick of flavor.
- Tomatoes and Onions. To base of the marinade, cooked up just right.
Directions:
- Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and set aside.
- Add oil, tomato, onion and sage to a small pan. Sauté for 2-4 minutes or until softened and onions are translucent.
- Stir in ranch dressing. Remove ¼ cup sauce and set aside.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Spread evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes (or more if desired).
- Preheat grill to 400. (If using grill pan turn on medium heat)
- Add chicken to grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
- When done, remove from heat and let rest 3-4 minutes.
- Brush with reserved sauce.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
