How To Make Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:
For the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, packed. baking powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, salt( optional).
For the wet ingredients: milk, vegetable oil, pure vanilla extract.
Optional topping: semi-sweet chocolate chips (but I think they are totally necessary!

Directions:
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a 10-12 ounce microwave-safe mug.

- Stir with a fork or mini whisk.
- Microwave on high until the cake is cooked, about 1 minute 45 seconds. Pause cooking halfway through by opening up microwave to prevent cake from overflowing.

- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Serve warm and ENJOY!

NOTES & STORAGE:
Add a pinch of instant espresso powder for deeper chocolate flavor.
You can use any kind of oil such as avocado oil, canola oil, or even extra-virgin olive oil.

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, optional
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, for topping (optional)
