You have probably figured out by now that I am a little obsessed with my air fryer. There are certain recipes that just work really well in it and I don’t have to spend 15 minutes preheating my oven on top of the time it takes to cook in it. For example, these air fryer beignets! No oil involved and ready in just a few minutes!
WHICH AIR FRYER TO BUY?
Determining which air fryer to buy should depend on your family size. Honestly if you have 4 or more in your family I would suggest getting the larger one. Again, it just doesn’t make sense to me to use the air fryer if I am having to cook recipes in batches. I could use my oven instead. Getting the larger one will cut down on the amount of time you are cooking recipes.
I bought the Emeril Lagasse 12–Quart Air Fryer Pro 7t at Costco and it is available at Walmart too. You can also find a similar one on amazon. If I was going to buy a smaller one I had my eye on this Gourmia 6 Quart Digital Air Fryer.

TIPS!
If you have a small air fryer with only one basket you will have to do this in two rounds.
**If you have the large air fryer that has crisper trays. All of your fries should fit on two trays. Rotate trays after you flip your potatoes!
