It’s back to school time and you know what that means! Lots of breakfast and lunches that are needing to be made! Why not earn money for your children’s school when you are out grocery shopping? It’s easy! Participating schools are eligible to receive donations from General Mills® through Box Tops.
I am pretty familiar with the Box Tops program and have collected them for the last few years! I even have my mom save hers and when I see her or she sends stuff in the mail, I know I can always count on a small envelop full of Box Tops!
After we moved a couple of weeks ago, I was scrambling to get our school shopping done! So I found the nearest Walmart and picked up a few things while I was there! The Go Gurts are perfect for the kids lunches! The cereal and cinnamon rolls made for a good back to school breakfast and the fiber one brownies are exactly what the kids were looking for in an afternoon snack!
The kids previous school was able to take the money they earned and it helped purchase smart boards for the kids class rooms!
I was pretty excited when I walked into the kids new school to see a little cardboard mail box that is specifically designed for collecting Box Tops! I can’t wait to see what our new school will be able to purchase thanks to the benefits of collecting them!
