This easy Peanut Butter Granola snack is so delicious, you will be making it over and over again! Packed with peanut butter flavor! We love making this for an easy snack for the kids and myself!
Snack time around here can be a hassle! The reason to this is because I am always looking for more healthier options for the kids. They already eat a lot of fruit every day so we definitely try to mix it up a little with other things!

Granola happens to be one of their favorite snacks! We make this maple cinnamon granola pretty often! Actually my preteen is the one who makes it! She has kids at school request it, so it’s all up to her to make it for them!
How to make Peanut Butter Granola?
Ingredients:
- old fashioned oats. Quick oats do not work in this recipes.
- maple syrup. You could use honey but it might burn your granola when baking it.
- peanut butter. I haven’t tried any other types of nut butters but I will!
- canola oil. The canola oil is what helps get this granola crispy.
- peanuts. This is really optional but it’s a nice added crunch to the granola.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Start by placing oats in large bowl. Then add maple syrup.
- Next add in canola oil.
- Place peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Spoon into glass bowl with oats.
- Next add peanuts and stir.
- Spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edge turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Break apart and ENJOY!
