Lately I’ve been making a lot of cobbler recipes and you guys have been loving them so much!
Some varieties are blueberry cobbler and strawberry cobbler! Can you see I’ve been using fresh fruits as the seasons change?
HOW TO MAKE PEACH COBBLER?
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 peaches, pitted and diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Melt butter and pour in baking dish.
- In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk well.
- Pour into baking dish over butter. Stir.
- In small bowl add peaches, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir.
- Place peaches over the top of batter. DO NOT STIR.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees F until golden brown.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 peaches pitted and diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Melt butter and pour into baking dish.
- In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk together until liquid is smooth.
- Pour flour mixture into baking dish over butter. Stir.
- In small bowl add peaches, lemon juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together.
- Place peaches over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
