Because I’ve given up sweets for the next month I decided I need to make something that would help with my sweet tooth!
Eating fruit has been helping this a lot but I needed to up it a notch! I’ve also been eating a lot of greek yogurt and this maple cinnamon granola so I thought the next best thing was to add fruit!
WHAT FRUITS CAN I USE?
You can basically add any fruits you would like. I went a little crazy and added them all! But it can be as simple as just using strawberry and bananas to just mandarines and raspberries!
WHAT KIND OF YOGURT?
You guys I have changed what type of yogurt I keep using. Originally I was using a greek yogurt flavored with honey but then I looked at the added sugars and it was way too much!
So I decided to buy plain non fat greek yogurt and then flavor it with honey myself!
