Craving a s’more can happen all year round. Luckily these Mint Chocolate Frozen Yogurt S’mores are made indoors and spruced up with the addition of mint chocolate and frozen yogurt!

I ate two of these. I mean who could blame me right? The frozen yogurt was starting to melt, I just had too!
Happy Monday folks! We are starting Leap Day off right with these amazingly different kind of s’mores!
So I made a discovery. Stonyfield has a frozen yogurt line! My, oh my, I felt like I had hit the jackpot when I found them! There are a few flavors but this time I decided to try After Dark Chocolate, Gotta Have Java (which I keep for myself) and Creme Caramel (the kids really enjoyed that one)!
I thought the After Dark Chocolate would pair well with Divine’s Dark Chocolate with Mint! It did!
Now I won’t begin to say that these are neat because s’mores can be a mess but adding frozen yogurt on top can be very tricky. I tried it a few times and decided the frozen yogurt needed to be soft when topping off our s’mores. It just really helps it all mesh together perfectly!
You will find that I have a few S’mores Recipes here on the blog but I actually do not have a traditional one. This is my version of “traditional”. Making them minty is totally in season right now so for me they are PERFECT! ENJOY!
