Easy 4 ingredient meatball sliders with Italian flare! Italian Meatball Sliders!
I talked to you about easy dessert hacks last week. This week I am talking about snack hacks! You can create your own with Farm Rich frozen snack products plus using a Walmart fresh item. And guess what?? You can do the same and then while you are in store picking up some great items vote for your favorite hack! Farm Rich launched a special recipe contest on August 1. And starting this week you can go in store to vote for one lucky grand prize winner. Pretty cool!
So my daughter has been playing volleyball. She also has practice 3 nights a week which can make things a little wonky around our house. She has to eat dinner early so everything can be good and settled before she heads out on the court.
But by the time she gets home she is ready to eat again. Normally I would give her leftovers but the kids take those in their school lunches so I try and come up with a satisfying, quick snack for her to eat before she heads to bed.
These sliders are perfect for that. They cook up pretty easily in my conventional oven and then I put them onto the bun. Top with cheese and tomato and viola done!

I lit up at the word sliders. Maybe because I didn’t grow up here. Though I must admit I never had meatball ones. There’s a restaurant nearby we go to when I’ve got a hankering.
