Some of my favorite smoothies that I have made over the years!
Watermelon Smoothie! So if you have followed me long enough you will know that I do not like watermelon. Like detest it with a passion, but my kids love it! So I oblige them and make suer I buy some for them every season. That is how this smoothie came about and is always so popular in the summer!
Blueberry Almond Smoothie! Again another popular smoothie and definitely one of my favorites with all of the blueberries in it!
HOW TO MAKE PEACH HONEY YOGURT SMOOTHIE:
Ingredients:
- Peaches. Can use fresh or frozen peaches.
- Greek yogurt. I love using Greek yogurt. Helps keep the smoothie creamy.
- Frozen banana. This really helps bind the smoothie together.
- Honey. The best way to sweeten the smoothie.
- Ice. I like to use ice in my smoothies but you can leave it out.
Directions:
- You need to grab your ingredients of peaches, yogurt, honey, banana and ice. Very simple!
- Second put them all in your blender and go for it!
- Pour into your glass and sip away!
NOTES & STORAGE:
Storage: This peach honey yogurt smoothie is best to drink right away.
Notes: Using a high powder blender really makes this smoothie blend together well.
Substitutions: Skip the ice and add more frozen banana for a thick, creamier smoothie.
